Googling around it seem that if you put the laptop in hibernate mode (press one) or by shutting screen down and then waking up (press 2) the screen will work. If you already have the latest driver from the manufacturer's website and you are still having the same problem, you can try downloading the latest drivers from Intel itself. These drivers are working without problems for me. I had to disable Windows Update because the notebook's screen becomes black after it performed some updates. I set the PC back to factory settings about 5 times. As I mentioned, I cannot acces charms or control panel or anything because all I see is a black screen.
