Windows team really did a bad job not having this new version tested well to work with all driver and software that is compatible with most of older version. Briefly, insert your Windows 7 or 8 installation or recovery disk and boot from the disk. The only way I could remove it was a reboot until I found a very useful program "Disable_Help_Tips.reg" on the web. Uninstalling the four updates listed above is safe.
