BSOD On Downloading (Steam Mostly) 0x0000003b

Here are my computer specs. Probably cause it fixed the bad sectors. I believe the problems started when I flashed my Asus P8Z68-V motherboard with a BIOS from a different model. This driver is responsible for the proper functioning of the Ethernet Network Card. have a peek here

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. It could be either hardware or software but without the minidumps i can't say it for sure. Then I tried replacing the motherboard as it appeared to have faulty onboard sound. Thanks for any assistance.

Edited above -- remove both Avast and ZA as well. I really don't know what else I can or should update as far as drivers are concerned.
