When I ran the tool it didn't make a zip file, however there was a SF_DEBUG folder with all the dmp files and txt files with the information. Following a hard reset I get a BSOD regarding nvlddmkm.sys and the system reboots and my c drive is scanned for errors. I think it was since the last update but I can't be sure. My laptop is a Lenovo Edge 15. The only recent things that have changed is a new Bluetooth dongle which has been removed and the issue is reproducible and a new anti-virus which was installed by IT and

I built the computer myself and can usually fix most problems I face with PCs but the process of analysis .dmp files is foreign to me. I am running the Windows 8.1 beta drivers directly from Asus's website, and the drivers were working fine before my clean install. Bloatware is anything which comes preinstalled over a system and is installed by the manufacturer but should be absent in a vanilla version of the operating system. But others hv occurred as well.
