I have 4 PC, 3 ubuntu, one dual-boot. Another blue screen, boot issue or frozen screen in Windows. I turned the computer off, (I held the power button down for 3 seconds, essentially pulling the plug) then turned it back on, and everything was normal again! What can i do to fix this.

However, randomly the BSOD appears. However, I do see lots of failures in laptops from overheating or hard drive failure. The laptop if brand new with 4 GB of ram. It will force a blue screen.
