Now what i did was i kept my dual monitors and tried a clean reinstall which failed just as my first attempt which made me go through with everything again. https://www.eightforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/54753-bsod-while-installing-drivers-gtx-780-3-44-11-a.html

Every time I try to install the latest AMD drivers (13.2_Beta5), just after my screen flickers I get a BSOD with the message IRQl_not_less_or_equal. Come on Nvidia! So far, besides re-configuring my keyboard everything seems to be in working order. The whole reason I need those options is because Windows is horribly broken.
It keeps restarting and when it gets to windows it almost loads the screen but it's dark and faded and then it just restarts again. Once that's figured out, come back here and check my edit for an update on installing the driver. Seems to happen with multimonitor configurations. http://allwebsitescripts.com/bsod-while/bsod-while-and-after-using-3ds-max-2016.html I ran system restore to get back to the previous driver.
Had to restart my computer and when it rebooted my mouse cursor disappeared. Use Custom and make sure you click "Clean Install". AVOID until this isht is fixed.
I hope they fix this, I'm anxious for Vulkan support.
