BSOD While Playing DOTA2 At Any Graphics Settings

Sometimes I'll have a game or 2 where everything is fine and then suddenly out of nowhere this happens. The OS was reinstalled when the hard drive was replaced. When i try to install drivers my computer restarts and install only CCC. I recently installed a corsair i60 water cooler to help with it getting too hot so I don't think that is the issue. have a peek here
