Dont worry we dont bite. I tried reformatting it, downloading the file again, and I've also tried all 3 USB ports on my PC. That being said, there is literally only one possible hardware issue I can think of that causes that type of pattern appearing on screen. Haven't had a crash for some time now. The Changelog of the newest Intel driver from August 2013 suggested, that it might have been fixed. Also, file explorer isn't working properly.
