Everything seems to be off to the right. its not drastic but just really niggling me!! Windows 8 does not offer this setting, but there is an app: [url]..... All of my desktop Icons now have the text on the right side of the icon. his comment is here
However, I have other things I'd rather be doing. It is an operating system issue. I have even compared registries with a friend to see any differences. If neither of these solutions help, I am sorry, but there might be a deeper, more technical issue that is affecting your computer. I may want to file that picture by "family", "birthday", and "Severin" - so that if I search on any of those, I can find it. Is there an easier way? Nothing on the internet says anything as I have searched and searched for days with no luck. When a file (or another volume) already sits at that spot, there's an overlap. I understand about changing resolutions and how the operating system must rearrange the desktop to get everything to fit.
