I've now got 2 external drives (from different companies, different ages etc) that are not even seen by windoze. Device manager detected it well, but sometimes it appear on disk management and sometimes it not.
Reply adam December 14, 2015 hello i resetted my computer after getting a virus i now cant access my external hardddrive its a wd elements 1funny thing i can plug when I put into my win 8 machine it shows in devices and printers and in my computer shows as removable disk but you cannot open it up. any more... Internal Hard Drive Recognized But Not Accessible Much lv n respect max kudos!
