I kicked off the installation as normal and finally I was able to get the "keep apps, settings, and files" option. However, immediately after selecting that option, Setup terminated with a message telling me to reboot Windows 7 normally and to continue the installation by running Setup off of the flash drive. However, the Windows Store can do that for at least some upgrade scenarios, although I'm 99.9% sure Enterprise edition will NOT work this way. When trying to upgrade to Windows 8 Pro, no option to keep applications, only data. Windows 8 Enterprise Vs Pro Chose to keep all Settings and go. I see I'm not the only one.

CONX Compatibility scan is not running.
